Your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we are here to help.
Return Policy:
We accept returns on unburned, unused candles within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at clientservices@wilshacandles.com or (973) 420-1706 to info us to look at for your returned item. Please ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Refund Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a full refund on unburned, unused candles within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your originail method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at clientservices@wilshacandles.com or (973) 420-1706. We will work with you to promptly replace the item or issue a refund as per your preference.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the item you would like instead.
